Q: How long is the tour?
A: The Original Fells Point GhostWalk and the Mount Vernon GhostWalk are between one and one and a half hours long, depending on the tour guide.The Haunted Pubwalk is approximately two hours long.

Q: I was late to the tour, and no one was there when I arrived. Can I get a refund?
A: We do not issue refunds for tour tickets other than group tours. We will hold your spot, even for a sold out tour, and may have to turn people away. However, your tour date may be rescheduled with 24 hour advance notice. Please email us at info@baltimoreghosttours.com should you need to reschedule.
Please be at least 15 minutes early for your tour and check in with us when you arrive.

Q: Where is the tour departure point?
A:

• Original Fells Point GhostWalk Ghost Tour: Friday and Saturday - Original Fells Point GhostWalk Ghost Tour departs from the sidewalk outside of Max's Sidebar, at 731 S. Broadway near the Fell's Point Square (MAP) in Baltimore, Maryland.
• Please note meeting place change: The Mt Vernon GhostWalk departs at 7:00pm from the sidewalk outside of the Belvedere, 1 Chase St. Baltimore MD
• The Fells Point Haunted Pubwalk: The Pubwalk departs from the sidewalk outside of Max's Sidebar, at 731 S. Broadway near the Fell's Point Square (MAP) in Baltimore, Maryland.

Q: How do I buy tickets?
A: You can buy advance tickets online (recommended), buy them onsite before the tour with cash only, or for Fells Point GhostWalk or Mt Vernon GhostWalk tickets call Connect Baltimore toll free at 1-877-225-8466, and press "0" when the recording answers, or buy Fells Point GhostWalk/Mt Veron GhostWalk tickets at the Baltimore Visitors' Center in the Inner Harbor (401 Light Street, Inner Harbor West Shore; open 7 days per week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.). Please note that tickets for the Fells Point Haunted PubWalk are only available on this web site or onsite right before the tour, cash only.

Q: Can I buy or reserve a ticket through you directly by phone?
A: Sorry, we can't accept reservations or ticket purchases by phone.  Please purchase tickets on our website.  We also sell any remaining tickets(on a first come, first served basis) from the sidewalk outside of Max's between 6:30 - 7:00 before the tour.

Q: Do I need to buy tickets in advance?
A: We recommend it, especially in the Fall when our tours often sell out. Also, advance tickets are less expensive than tickets sold before the tour: Advance tickets: $13/pp $8/pp kids 12 and under. Onsite ticket sales (sold from 6:30-7:00pm before the tour- cash only): $15/pp $10/pp kids 12 and under

Q: How much are tickets?
A:

• The Original Fells Point GhostWalk: Advance tickets: Adults $13, children 12 and under: $8. Onsite ticket sales: $15/pp $10/pp kids 12 and under

Q: How can I get more information?
A: Please email us at: info@baltimoreghosttours.com for an immediate response. Please do not call Max's or the Owl Bar to ask about tours- they have no information about them.

Q: I ordered online. Will I be issued any tickets?
A: Your Paypal receipt acts as your ticket. If you didn't receive a receipt or are unable to print your receipt that is OK, please email us at info@baltimoreghosttours.com before 4pm on the day of your tour and let us know.

Q: Does the tour happen rain or shine?
A: Yes, the tour runs in all weather, so please bring an umbrella. We do not issue refunds for tour tickets other than group tours. However, your tour date may be rescheduled with 24 hour advance notice. Please email us at info@baltimoreghosttours.com should you need to reschedule.

Q: I am running late for the tour-will you wait for me?
A: We must start the tour on time because our other guests do not want to wait. The tour leaves promptly at 7:00, and no refunds will be issued to people who are late and miss the tour. Please give yourself plenty of time to get to the tour and find parking! We recommend that you check in with us at least 15 minutes before your tour daparture. Q: Do you offer group tours?
A: Group tour package information is here. Group tours are $10 per person (Fells Point GhostWalk and Mt Vernon Ghostwalk) or groups of 20 people or more, and tiered pricing is available.The Fells Point Haunted PubWalk is $20 per person for groups of 15 or more. Tours can be scheduled year round, any time of the day or evening, based upon availability. We also have a GhostTalk:For Schools, Senior Centers, and other groups

Q: Is there parking near the tour?
A: There is a parking garage near the Original Fells Point GhostWalk and Mt. Vernon GhostWalk tour departure points, and metered parking is also available in these neighborhoods. Please see our map for the exact location of the Fells Point garage. Parking is only $3 after 5:oopm.

Q: Do we go inside buildings during the tour?
A: On the Original Fells Point GhostWalk and Mount Vernon GhostWalk we stop outside the buildings to tell the stories. If you want to take a tour that goes inside some of the buildings, go on our Haunted Pub Walk!

Q: Can I bring my dog with me on your tour?
A: Yes, we do allow leashed dogs on the tour.
