Cancellation Policy

• Please note: We do not issue refunds for tour tickets other than group tours. However, your tour date may be rescheduled with 24 hour advance notice. Please email us at info@baltimoreghosttours.com should you need to reschedule.
• December tours are subject to cancellation and a full refund if less than 5 tickets are sold.
• Tours run rain or shine!
• Your Paypal receipt is your ticket- no paper tickets will be issued! If you are unable to print your receipt, that is OK- please email us to ensure you are on our tour list.
• Tours leave promptly at 7:00 (unless otherwise noted on your receipt), and no refunds will be issued to people who are late and miss the tour. Please give yourself plenty of time to get to the tour and find parking!
